Refund Policy

At Chemical Fitness 30A, we strive to provide high-quality training, classes, and events for all

members and guests. Please review our refund and cancellation policies below.
 

Service Refund Policy

All services are non-refundable once the service has been conducted. This includes

personal training sessions, group classes, events, and any other scheduled services.
 

Class & Event Cancellations by Chemical Fitness 30A

If a class or event is canceled by ownership or due to severe or hazardous weather

conditions, a full refund will be issued to all paying participants. Refunds may also be

issued in the form of a class credit if preferred.
 

Customer Cancellation Policy

Clients must cancel at least 24 hours prior to a scheduled class, event, or personal training

session to receive either:

● A full refund, or

● A class/session credit
 

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled time may incur a late cancellation fee

and will not be eligible for a full refund or credit.
 

Membership Terms

All memberships are sold under a 6-month contractual agreement. By enrolling, members

agree to maintain their membership for the full contract duration.
 

Class Pack Expiration

All purchased class packs expire 3 months from the date of purchase. Any unused classes

remaining after the expiration date will be forfeited.
 

Policy Agreement

By purchasing services, memberships, or class packs from Chemical Fitness 30A, clients

acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
