Welcome to Chemical Fitness 30A. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, services, programs, memberships, and facilities. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use our services.

Chemical Fitness 30A ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") provides fitness training, coaching, classes, and related services both in person and online.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian. Participants under 18 must have signed parental consent.
3. Health and Medical Disclaimer
Participation in any fitness program involves risk. You acknowledge you are voluntarily participating in physical exercise and are responsible for consulting a physician before beginning any program. Chemical Fitness 30A does not provide medical advice.
4. Assumption of Risk
You understand that fitness training includes risks such as muscle strain, injury, falls, equipment malfunction, and physical exertion. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participating in training sessions or workouts.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chemical Fitness 30A and its staff will not be liable for injuries, damages, or losses resulting from participation in fitness activities, training programs, or website use.
6. Memberships and Payments
Payments must be made in full or according to the agreed payment plan. Prices may change with notice. Missed sessions may be forfeited depending on the cancellation policy.
7. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Training sessions should be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may result in forfeited sessions. Digital programs and memberships may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
8. User Conduct
You agree to act respectfully, follow safety instructions, and use equipment properly. Illegal, abusive, or disruptive behavior may result in termination of services without refund.
9. Intellectual Property
All workouts, programs, videos, graphics, logos, and website content are the property of Chemical Fitness 30A and may not be copied or distributed without permission.
10. Third-Party Services
Our website may include links to third-party services such as payment processors or booking platforms. We are not responsible for their policies or practices.

11. Termination of Services
Chemical Fitness 30A reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if a user violates these Terms or engages in unsafe or disruptive behavior.
